comfy beds helpful staff
I found everything very new and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The staff were helpful (they always had a smile!). The location is great for accessing the city center attractions.
I found limited changes compared with older brands. The reception area hasn't changed.

Breakfast had excellent facilities and included a wide variety of options. The staff were efficient in keeping the buffet well-stocked, ensuring a constant supply of fresh items. The dining area was clean and spacious.

amazing stay near bradford live!!!
excellent location available food comfortable stay
the location was excellent for visiting bradford live. i especially appreciated the available food and drinks at the bar. our room was thoughtfully planned and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. it was nice to find a well-organized space that met all our requirements.
the pillows were a bit too firm, which caused a slight neck stiffness in the morning.

The bed mattress offered very nice comfort. The shower was a top brand and performed excellently.
The floor had an unpleasant odor. I detected the smell of marijuana throughout the night because someone smoked it near the air conditioning vent.

the hotel offers an excellent location near the city center and a multi-story car park. reception staff were professional and helpful. the hotel was super clean.
i found the parking situation a little difficult, needing to use a nearby facility with restricted hours.
