I found everything very new and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The staff were helpful (they always had a smile!). The location is great for accessing the city center attractions.
I found limited changes compared with older brands. The reception area hasn't changed.

amazing stay near bradford live!!!
excellent locationavailable foodcomfortable stay
the location was excellent for visiting bradford live. i especially appreciated the available food and drinks at the bar. our room was thoughtfully planned and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. it was nice to find a well-organized space that met all our requirements.
the pillows were a bit too firm, which caused a slight neck stiffness in the morning.

The bed mattress offered very nice comfort. The shower was a top brand and performed excellently.
The floor had an unpleasant odor. I detected the smell of marijuana throughout the night because someone smoked it near the air conditioning vent.
